Please read all the info below. Your purchase from PMBelts is contingent on these policies. Ordering from PMBelts means that you have read, understand, and will follow all of these policies.
** Payment Policy **
A down-payment of 50% is required in order to have production on a custom belt order started. This payment is non-refundable once artwork has been started. Once the artwork is approved by the customer the belt will be fabricated. Once the belt is completed then the remainder of the balance will then be due. Once the balance is paid, the belt will be shipped.
A down-payment of 50% is required to place a replica belt order under our payment plan option. The remainder of this balance is required within 90 days. Once the balance is paid, the belt will be shipped.
** Refund Policy**
We can only offer refunds on custom belt orders prior to the final artwork being approved.
We cannot offer refunds for any Send-Out strap or Replica Belt orders. Our straps are made to order and are put into production immediately after ordering.
We cannot offer refunds for any READY TO SHIP replica belt or leather send-out strap. The condition of all replica belts and straps is explained in each items description and shown in detail in the product photos, because of this when purchasing a product from PMBelts we expect you to be aware of the items condition.
We ship all our orders tracked and signed for from Scotland, UK. For most destinations the import taxes will be covered in the shipping cost. If there are import duties to pay upon receipt you are responsible for all duties and import taxes. PMBelts will not ship any items and list them as “gifts” or claim a lower value. Please do not take offense to policy or try to negotiate this policy.
All payments from outside of the UK must be made via PayPal. For UK orders we accept PayPal or Bank Transfer. No personal checks are accepted.
