At PMBelts, we create fully custom championship belts, handcrafted to your exact requirements.
Whether it’s for use in the ring, a centrepiece for your collection, or simply because you want a championship belt that’s completely your own, every belt is made to TV-style specifications and built from the ground up to your design.
Our belts feature precision acid-etched, 3 mm-thick solid zinc plates that are professionally electroplated in real 24k gold, nickel, or a combination of both. The plates are mounted on a high-quality, hand-tooled real leather strap, fully customised to your specifications.
From cubic zirconia stones and custom paintwork to custom belt tips and fully customisable sound-reactive LED lighting, we offer a wide range of options to make your belt exactly what you want it to be.

Custom Belt Extras
LED Lights
For the ultimate show-off belt, we can add fully customisable LED lights to your design. They can flash in any colour you choose and can even react to music and sound.
Fully Custom Leather
There are countless ways to customise the leather strap on your belt.
From the colour of the leather and backing material to hand stitching, hand lacing, custom designs and custom tooling, every detail can be tailored to your preferences.
Dual Plating
Dual plating is a specialised technique where both nickel and real 24k gold plating are applied to the same belt plate, creating a two-tone finish.
The contrast between the two finishes helps highlight the intricate details of the design, giving the plates added depth and definition.
Hand-Texturing
Hand-applied nugget texturing adds an extra layer of detail and shine to your belt.
The metal surface within recessed areas is carefully roughened by hand, creating a three-dimensional texture that catches and reflects the light.
Stones
One of the best ways to make a belt stand out is with a little extra sparkle.
At PMBelts, we use high-quality cubic zirconia for its excellent sparkle and appearance, making it a great choice for championship belt designs.
Cubic zirconia stones are included in the price of all custom belt designs, although designs requiring 16 or more stones will incur an additional charge, which will be reflected in your quote.
Other stones, including Swarovski crystals, are also available at additional cost. If you have a specific stone or finish in mind, just let us know when getting in touch.
Stacked Belt Plates
We also offer stacked plates for all custom belts. These are additional etched plates layered on top of the main plates, giving the belt a more three-dimensional look and added depth and thickness.
Stacked plate pricing starts at an additional £100 GBP (approx. €120 EUR / $125 USD), with the final cost depending on the number, size and specifics of each individual project.
Logo plates
Logo plates are additional plates that traditionally sit on the right-hand side of the belt, near the female snaps.
They were particularly popular on TV belts throughout the ’80s, ’90s and ’00s, and typically feature a company logo, name or other design.
Stacked Belt Tips
Stacked belt tips are a great way to give your belt an extra touch of detail and make it stand out.
Much like logo plates, these additional plates can feature a company logo, name or custom design, and look particularly striking when the belt is fastened around a champion’s waist.
Custom Belt Pricing
The pricing shown in the table below is based on a belt with an approximate centre plate size of 10" × 10" and 4" × 4" side plates.
All pricing is approximate, and the final cost of each project may vary depending on its specific requirements.
Larger plate sizes and additional customisations are available at an additional cost.
