General

No, we cannot make direct copies of any belts from TV or use copyrighted or trademarked material, including logos, belt designs, likenesses, or phrases, for sale. This is illegal and non-negotiable.

However, we can create a fully custom handmade belt just for you, using the same materials and techniques seen on TV. To discuss your ideas, please email us at info@pmbelts.com or use our contact form.

The primary difference between our Send Out Straps and a full Releather is the backing and the need to send the belt to us.

- Send Out Straps: These come with pre-punched holes in the backing and are shipped directly to you. This allows you to easily attach and screw on your own plates, though the screws remain visible on the back.

- Full Releather: With this option, the screws are covered by the backing, just like the belts seen on TV. However, the belt must be sent to our workshop in Scotland for us to carry out the work.

To access the screws on a replica belt with simulated backing, we recommend using a sharp blade to carefully cut a small square around the screws, taking care not to damage the screws underneath. Once the square is cut, peel it back to reveal the screw, then remove it.

Yes, absolutely! All our belts and straps are crafted in TV-spec styling by default. However, since all our belts and straps are custom-made to order, we are more than happy to accommodate specific requests, such as custom lengths, tooling, or any other modifications you may need.

Orders

We strive to craft and ship each order as quickly as possible. However, as every item is handmade to order by one person, completion times will vary depending on the specific item and the current workload in the workshop.

While this process can take time, rest assured we take great care to ensure each piece is crafted to a high standard and the wait will be worth it. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an estimated completion date via email.

Rush fees are available, but they depend on current workload and your specific requirements.

If you need your order by a particular date, please let us know before placing your order. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request and outline any additional costs involved.

For items purchased via our website, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Custom items ordered outside of the website are payable via a PayPal or Stripe business invoice.

Almost all of our items are handmade to order. However, from time to time, we may have a selection of 'Ready to Ship' items available in our online store, including both brand new and pre-owned options.

We can also offer brand-new, officially licensed replica plates, which can be releathered and customised to your specifications before the completed belt is shipped directly to your door.

Shipping

Absolutely. Although PMBelts is a UK-based business, we serve customers worldwide.

Shipping costs will vary depending on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times depend on your country and chosen shipping method.

Belts and Send Out Straps are shipped in sturdy double-wall cardboard boxes, with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure secure protection. Smaller items will arrive in protected envelopes.

We use a signed-for, tracked, and insured shipping service. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress right to your door.

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and can vary widely.

Any additional fees or charges required by your local customs authority upon delivery are your responsibility.
