Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing PMBelts.com or purchasing from PMBelts, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PMBelts. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or place an order.
1. Purchases
All items sold by PMBelts are bespoke, handcrafted, and made to order. In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.
Cancellations or returns due to change of mind are not permitted on any custom-made item. All sales are final. This applies to all products including but not limited to Send Out straps, releathered replica belts, fully upgraded replica belts, accessories, and any other products.
Production Process:
Production begins immediately upon receipt of the initial payment and may involve design work, materials sourcing, or hands-on crafting. You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including all specifications, artwork, names, logos, or other personalised content. PMBelts accepts no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Estimated completion times will be provided by email after purchase and will vary depending on the complexity of the order, our current production queue, and material availability. All completion times are estimates only and are non-binding.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, with all items handcrafted and made to order by a single person, completion times may exceed initial estimates. In rare cases, production can extend beyond several months and, exceptionally, beyond a year. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Where appropriate, we will notify you of significant delays by email.
Restoning and Plate Modification Risk:
Customers acknowledge that any restoning work carried out on existing plates involves an inherent risk of damage to the plates, including but not limited to scratching, cracking, warping, finish damage, stone setting damage, or structural weakening. Due to the nature of the materials and manufacturing methods used in many belts and plates, such damage may occur even where all reasonable care and skill is exercised.
By requesting restoning services, the customer accepts these risks in full. PMBelts shall not be held liable for damage arising from or related to the restoning process.
PMBelts does not offer plate curving or re-curving services. Due to the risk of cracking, warping, plating damage, structural weakening, or other irreversible damage to metal plates, all requests for curving work will be declined.
2. Ready to Ship Items
“Ready to Ship” belts and Send Out straps are handmade and sold as unique, limited-edition items. Although these items are ready to ship, many are produced as limited-edition or individually finished products and may include bespoke characteristics or modifications that exempt them from the 14-day cancellation period under Regulation 28(1)(b), where applicable.
Each item is described accurately and presented with clear photographs. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood the listing, are satisfied with the item’s stated condition, and accept that such sales are final and non-returnable.
3. Payment Terms
Payments may be made using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or major debit and credit cards via Shopify. All payments are processed through secure, trusted platforms. PMBelts does not store card details.
Payment plans are available and are confirmed prior to order acceptance. Where approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order and begin production, with the remaining balance payable in full before dispatch.
Standard payment plans require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch.
Orders placed on a payment plan carry a higher total price than paying in full upfront. The exact amount is confirmed prior to order acceptance.
By agreeing to a payment plan, you accept the total price and payment structure as confirmed prior to order acceptance.
All payment plan orders, whether within the UK or internationally, are processed via PayPal.
If the final payment is not received within 30 calendar days of notice of completion, PMBelts reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit. The item may be offered to another customer. PMBelts also reserves the right to pursue recovery of outstanding balances and associated costs where necessary.
PMBelts reserves the right to amend payment plan terms at any time. Changes will apply only to future orders.

4. Shipping and International Orders
All orders are shipped from Scotland, United Kingdom, using tracked and signed-for delivery services. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will notify you of any dispatch delays via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and handling charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price and are non-refundable.
If returning faulty goods from outside the UK, you must clearly mark the parcel as “Return for Repair” or “Faulty Goods” to help avoid additional customs charges. PMBelts is not responsible for import charges incurred due to incorrectly labelled returns.
5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing info@pmbelts.com including a detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs.
Where a return is required, you must obtain prior written authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returned goods must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked service. PMBelts is not liable for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
For minor issues, especially for international customers, we may offer store credit, a partial refund, or a repair solution without requiring the item to be returned.
Damage risks expressly disclosed under section 1 relating to restoning or attempted plate modification shall not in themselves constitute a fault, defect, or basis for refund.
Refunds or repairs will not be issued for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on PMBelts.com, including but not limited to designs, text, images, logos, and product photography, is the property of PMBelts and is protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display or otherwise use any content from this site without prior written consent.
If you submit artwork, text or other content for a custom design, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use that material and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify PMBelts against any claims, losses or damages arising from the use of such content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is placed, you grant PMBelts a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to reproduce, adapt, display, distribute and sell the final product and/or submitted artwork. This includes the use of photographs for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes but is not limited to committing or encouraging criminal offences, transmitting viruses or other harmful content, interfering with the site’s operation, or attempting unauthorised access to any part of the website or systems.
We reserve the right to deny access to the website and our services to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any downtime, errors or data loss that may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMBelts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
We do not accept liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss unless caused by our proven negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation where such limitation is unlawful.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMBelts against any claims, losses, damages or legal fees arising out of your breach of these terms or improper use of our products.
9. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government action, supply shortages or shipping disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where communication is abusive, fraudulent behaviour is suspected, or terms are breached. In such cases, any payments received for work not yet undertaken will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
11. Returns Procedure
All returns must be pre-authorised in writing. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and insured method. PMBelts is not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged during return shipping. See also section 5 for faulty or misdescribed goods procedures.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or a notice on the site.
Your continued use of PMBelts.com or our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint regarding your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@pmbelts.com. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you have the right to seek resolution through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider in line with UK consumer law. Details are available upon request.
15. Data Protection
PMBelts handles all customer data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer service, and communicating about your purchases. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., shipping providers or payment processors). All data is stored securely, and you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information in line with UK GDPR.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
You agree that any disputes arising in connection with your use of the site or purchase of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. If you reside outside the UK, your local consumer protection rights may also apply in addition to these terms.
