Invoice & deposit
You’ll receive secure PayPal invoices based on the agreed payment structure. A 50% non-refundable deposit invoice is issued first to secure your place in our production schedule and begin work.

Balance payment
The remaining balance is issued as either fixed instalments or a single final invoice, as agreed at the start. All payments must be completed in full before dispatch.

Shipping
Once your order is fully paid and completed, it will be shipped promptly.

Payment options
Standard payment is 50/50. Multi-stage payment plans are available on request and are structured as fixed invoices issued in advance. All payment plan options carry a higher total cost than paying in full.
