Invoice & deposit
Once your order is agreed, you’ll receive secure PayPal invoices based on the agreed payment structure. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, reserve your place in our production schedule and begin work.

Balance payment
With our standard 50/50 payment structure, the remaining 50% can be paid at any time up to completion. The balance must be paid in full before your order can be shipped.

For multi-stage payment plans, the remaining balance is divided into fixed instalments agreed when your order is placed. All instalments must be paid in full before dispatch.

Shipping
Once your order is completed and paid in full, it will be shipped.

Payment options
Our standard payment structure is 50/50, with 50% paid upfront and the remaining 50% payable at any time up to completion.

Multi-stage payment plans are available on request and are structured around fixed instalments agreed in advance.

All payment plans carry a higher total cost than paying in full.
