This is a Releathered & Repainted Officially Licensed WWE Shop WCW United States Championship Adult-Sized Replica Belt.
The polyurethane strap on this belt has been removed and replaced with a hand-tooled, 100% real leather strap, and all the screws on the rear of the belt have been covered with a smooth black leather backing to match the belt as seen on TV.
This belt also features a repaint of the flag with darker, TV-accurate paint colours, as the colours used from the factory are too bright, as shown in the product photos.
The plates, leather strap, and paint on this belt are all in brand-new, mint condition.
