Terms & conditions

Please read all the information below carefully. All purchases from PMBelts are subject to the following terms, and by placing an order with PMBelts, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined on this page.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Cancellations, refunds, or returns for any Send Out strap, releathered replica belt, Ready To Ship replica belt, fully upgraded replica belt, accessories, or any other item sold by PMBelts will not be offered or accepted once an order is placed.

All items sold by PMBelts are considered fully custom and are made to order specifically for each individual customer.

All orders enter the initial stage of production immediately after an order is placed and will be subject to a wait time due to the volume of orders and the fact that all items are handcrafted by one person. An estimated completion date will be emailed to you upon placing an order; however, this time may vary depending on workload and is only an estimate.

No guarantees are made regarding when an item will be completed and shipped.

The condition of all Ready To Ship replica belts and Send Out Straps is detailed in each individual item description and clearly shown in the product photos. By placing an order for a Ready To Ship item from PMBelts, you confirm that you have read and understood the full description, are aware of the item’s condition, and accept that Ready To Ship items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Payments

At least 50% of the total cost of an order is required to be paid upfront to commence production of any item. This initial payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid before any item is shipped. If the final 50% is not paid within a designated timeframe, the deposit and item will be forfeited and sold to another customer.

Orders placed on the PMBelts.com website can be paid for via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

All custom payments from outside the UK must be made via a PayPal business invoice.

For custom UK orders, we accept payment via PayPal or a Stripe business invoice.

No other payment methods will be accepted.

Shipping & International Orders

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked and signed-for service from Scotland, UK.

Tracking information, along with links to follow the package, will be sent via email once the item has been shipped, where applicable.

If import taxes, duties, or customs fees are payable upon receipt, you are responsible for all associated costs. PMBelts accepts no responsibility for any fees incurred after shipping.

PMBelts will not mark any package as a ‘gift’ or declare a lower value to bypass these fees. This is non-negotiable.
