Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from PMBelts, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, which govern all orders. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Purchases
All items sold by PMBelts are fully custom, handcrafted, and made to order for each customer unless otherwise specified as Ready to Ship. In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.
As such, cancellations or returns for change of mind are not accepted for custom-made items. This includes Send Out straps (custom-made leather straps for replica belts), releathered replica belts, fully upgraded replica belts, accessories, and any other personalised products once an order has been placed.
Statutory Rights for Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with a detailed description and supporting photos.
If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for UK and international customers, subject to our assessment and applicable shipping regulations. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
For minor faults, we may offer repairs, partial refunds or store credit without requiring a return. This is especially the case for international customers, to help reduce shipping costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ready to Ship Replica Belts and Send Out Straps
Ready to Ship replica belts and Send Out straps are handcrafted and considered bespoke due to their unique or limited-edition nature. These are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under Regulation 28(1)(b). The condition of each item is described clearly and shown in product photos.
By ordering, you confirm that you have read and understood the description, are aware of the item’s condition, and accept that these items cannot be returned for change of mind.
All orders enter production immediately once placed. This may include design work, material sourcing or hands-on crafting. Due to the high volume of orders and the fact that all items are handcrafted by one person, orders are subject to a wait time. An estimated completion date will be emailed after purchase. Completion and shipping times are not guaranteed. All timeframes are estimates only. If delays occur, we will contact you by email.
Payment Terms
Orders on PMBelts.com can be paid using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
For custom orders outside the UK, payment must be made through a PayPal business invoice.
For custom UK orders, we accept payment via PayPal or a Stripe business invoice. No other payment methods are accepted.
Payment plans are available for most items. These require a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost before production can begin. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations due to change of mind. The remaining balance must also be paid before dispatch.
If the final payment is not received within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to sell the item to another customer, and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
For any payment disputes or issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.
Shipping and International Orders
All orders are shipped from Scotland, UK, using a fully tracked and signed-for service. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, especially for international orders due to customs processes. We will contact you by email if there are any delays.
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price and are non-refundable. If you are returning faulty goods from outside the UK, clearly mark the parcel as Return for Repair or Faulty Goods to help avoid additional customs charges.
Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, logos and written content on the PMBelts website are the property of PMBelts. They are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce or alter any of this content without written permission from us.
If you submit a design for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. PMBelts is not responsible for any infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.
By placing a custom order, you grant PMBelts the right to reuse, adapt and sell copies of the artwork or final belt design, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is placed. This allows us to offer popular designs to other customers and showcase our work publicly.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PMBelts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage or financial loss except where required by law.
By placing an order, you agree to hold PMBelts harmless for any losses, injuries or damages unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Force Majeure
PMBelts is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by events outside our control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, labour strikes, supply issues or changes to government regulations. If such a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Changes to These Terms
PMBelts may update these terms at any time. All updates will be posted on our website. If the changes are significant, we will also notify you by email or with a notice on the site. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the updated terms.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about your order, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the item. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and efficiently.
As required by UK law, we provide access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution service for unresolved complaints. Details are available on request.
Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation. For full details on how your data is used and protected, please see our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction. If you live outside the UK, your local consumer rights may also apply in addition to UK law.
