Please read all the information below carefully. All purchases from PMBelts are subject to these policies and placing an order with PMBelts indicates that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms outlined within this page.

Cancellations, Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Cancellations, refunds or returns for any Send Out strap, Ready To Ship Replica Belt, Fully Upgraded Replica belt, Accessories or any other item we sell will not be offered or accepted as all items sold by PMBelts are considered custom and are made to order specifically for each individual customer. All orders are put into the beginning stage of production immediately after an order is placed.

The condition of all Ready To Ship replica belts and straps is explained in each individual item description and shown in detail in the product photos, by placing an order for a Ready To Ship item from PMBelts you are accepting that you have read and understood the full description and are aware of, and accept, the items condition.

Payment Policy

50% of the total cost is required to be paid upfront in order to have production on a custom belt order started. This payment is non-refundable once artwork has been put into production. Once the artwork is approved by the customer, the physical belt will be produced. Once the remaining 50% of the balance is cleared and the belt is finalised, the belt will ship.

A payment of 50% of the total cost is required to place an order under a payment plan option. The remainder of this balance is required within a specified time as agreed upon with the customer. Once the balance is paid, the belt will be shipped. (this only applies to orders above £500 excluding shipping.)

International Orders

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked and signed for service from Scotland, UK.

For most destinations import taxes and duty will be covered in the shipping cost.

If there are import taxes and duty to pay upon receipt, you are responsible for all fees. PMBelts accepts no responsibility for any fees incurred after shipping.

PMBelts will not list any package as “gifts” or claim a lower value in an attempt to bypass these fees. This is non-negotiable.

All payments from outside the UK must be made via PayPal.

For UK orders we accept PayPal or Bank Transfer.

No other payment methods will be accepted.
